His career spans diverse industries, including agriculture, real estate, hospitality, and healthcare, holding key roles at companies such as Maui Land and Pineapple Company (Hawaii), Grower Select Produce Inc. (USA–Mexico), ITOCHU Corporation (Guatemala), and Grupo Portalis.
Darwin possesses a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Agriculture from EARTH University in Costa Rica, an MBA from INCAE Business School, and a specialization in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. His broad expertise enables him to lead TrueNatural in its growth endeavors, with a strong emphasis on the development and promotion of innovative, high-performance biological solutions. Jovanny has over 20 years of experience in finance and taxation, with expertise in both corporate and personal taxes. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working as a Senior Tax Associate for high-net-worth individuals and Fortune 1000 companies. In 2004, he joined KPMG LLP, where he specialized in federal and multi-state corporate tax filings.
In 2006, Jovanny joined Greenwich Capital Markets, a division of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), as a Senior Tax Analyst, overseeing the preparation of tax provisions and financial statement disclosures. Later, as Project Manager of Tax Affairs, he supported the RBS Tax Department with detailed business analysis and subject-matter expertise until 2017.
His experience working with international firms has provided him with extensive expertise in tax compliance, business regulation, and global taxation. Currently, Jovanny holds a crucial strategic role at TrueNatural, where he ensures the company’s operations maintain financial transparency and regulatory compliance as it develops sustainable agricultural innovations.

Francisco Paschoal has been a key part of TrueNatural’s leadership team since 2019, bringing over thirty years of experience as a CEO, senior executive, board member, and mentor across various sectors and countries. His career includes managing both early-stage startups and significant corporate transformations, where he has effectively led strategic initiatives, cultural shifts, team integration, and business growth.
He spent 22 years at Caterpillar Inc., leading global strategic planning and commercial growth efforts. Afterwards, he was the CEO of a major Caterpillar dealership in South America. His executive journey also features leadership positions in real estate development, equipment rental, and regional business units at BASF throughout South America.
Francisco earned a BA in Economics from the University of São Paulo, completed an AMP MBA at INSEAD (France), and is a Certified Executive Coach via Columbia University. He mentors business leaders and serves on advisory boards for four private companies in the U.S. and Brazil. At TrueNatural, he oversees New Ventures and Strategic Development, focusing on growth through innovation and expanding market reach.

Hernando Rodríguez brings over 25 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and administrative operations. He completed his academic training in Colombia at prestigious institutions, including the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, the Colombian Naval Academy (Admiral Padilla) as a commissioned Naval Officer, and the Ministry of Finance, where he served in the Economic Division of the Ministry of Defense – Navy Finance Department.
Throughout his career, Hernando has held leadership roles in a wide range of industries, including construction, retail, logistics, services, and tax administration. His extensive multidisciplinary background enables him to implement solid financial strategies and operational structures that support the growth and efficiency of TrueNatural’s operations.

Edwin Daza has more than 15 years of expertise in supply chain management, backed by a solid background in international business and certifications from APICS. His career covers multiple aspects of the supply chain, such as domestic and global logistics, planning, and order management, serving prominent CPG companies like Avon Products, Lornamead Brands, and Inspired Beauty Brands.
In recent years, Edwin has played a vital role in improving logistics operations for companies like Covidien and Waterworks/RH, where he was responsible for launching and managing global warehouse functions and optimizing distribution systems across various regions.
At TrueNatural, Edwin leads operational strategy and logistics, utilizing his extensive expertise to enhance supply chain efficiency, boost customer satisfaction, and support scalable growth.
Jaime Barrios has over twenty years of leadership in agronomy and is one of Latin America’s leading experts in sustainable farming.
At TrueNatural, he advances innovation by creating science-backed products, assessing their effectiveness, and using bio-research methods to guarantee each solution delivers measurable results. His role is key in developing the TN BioReactor strategy, enhancing biological formulations, and leading agronomic training to ensure client growth is accurate, sustainable, and delivers measurable ROI.
Scientific Leadership & Global Impact: A pioneer in genetic improvement, crop physiology, and sustainable inputs, Jaime has held leadership positions at renowned companies such as SGBiofuels and Grupo ENLASA, directing R&D initiatives across multiple countries. He has led impactful global projects across coffee, berries, avocado, and tropical plants, including designing organic export programs. His work has earned national and international recognition, including awards from ANACAFÉ, for its innovative contributions to coffee science and organic production protocols.
Walfre Galdámez, with over 24 years in agricultural production, brings extensive expertise to the TrueNatural team. His focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability guarantees our biological products provide real field value.
At TrueNatural, Walfre plays a key role in implementing the TN BioReactor, improving products, and validating biological programs in field conditions. His technical support helps our customers grow with confidence, accuracy, and a clear return on investment.
Agronomic Impact and Leadership: Walfre has overseen large-scale agricultural operations exporting melons, watermelons, and vegetables. He has led programs in fertigation, pest management, seedling production, and post-harvest handling, managing over 1,500 acres. José, with more than 26 years of experience, offers extensive expertise in biological sciences, specializing in plant pathology, mycology, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
