Francisco Paschoal has been an integral member of True Natural management team since June 2019. He is a very seasoned business executive with a very broad experience as CEO, senior executive, mentor and board member in different sectors and countries. He has managed and advise businesses at different stages since start ups or mature large business that required turnarounds or major transformations by developing or adopting major shifts on strategy, culture, scaling, and reshaping and integrating teams.

He has worked for Caterpillar Inc as a senior manager in different geographical areas of the world on strategic planning, commercial and distribution areas for 22 years and as a CEO of major dealer in South America for 6 years. He was CEO of two companies operating in Real Estate Development for 3 years and a Major Equipment Rental company for 6 years and head for BASF for 3 years of several businesses in South America.

Paschoal holds a BA in Economics from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil and completed an MBA AMP at INSEAD, France.  He is also a Certified Executive Coach through Columbia University and is actively involved with Mentoring and Coaching Business Owners and C-Level Executives. He also is a member of four Private Companies Advisory Boards in USA and Brazil.
