Norwalk, Connecticut – On March 9th, 2023, TrueNatural and First Choice Turf & Supply hosted the Organic & Sustainable Tree & Lawn Care Seminar for Lawn & Tree Care Professionals. The seminar was held at our Norwalk facilities and was led by Marcel Barbier, Ph.D. in Soil and Plant Nutrition with a Minor in Plant Health Management from the University of Florida.
The seminar focused on plant health, based on plant nutrition, to obtain healthier crops to nurture humans and animals properly. Marcel shared his expertise on how to manage organic and sustainable tree and lawn care. His presentation included tips and techniques for managing soil health, controlling pests and diseases, and fertilizing plants using natural methods.
The seminar was attended by a diverse group of professionals, including landscapers, arborists, lawn care professionals, and horticulturists. Attendees were excited to learn about new ways to improve plant health, reduce chemical inputs, and improve the quality of their work.
